T will go back several years if fanatic forces run amok: KCR
It takes several years to construct a house or build a project, but within days it can be destroyed, he said.
“After 58 years of struggle and sacrifice, we achieved statehood. We spearheaded development with unique schemes over past eight years. Intellectuals and youth should not keep silent over the state of affairs in the country. If we allow fanatic forces to run amok, the state will go back several years with frequent curfews and bandhs,” he said.
KCR also inaugurated the Ranga Reddy district collector complex, built at a cost of ₹ 58 crore at Kongara Kalan. He charged the BJP govt at the Centre of failing to deliver in every sector, including drinking water, power supply, uplifting farmers, women, Dalits, tribals or backwards.“If Prime Minister is so capable, why did the Centre fail to provide 24x7 power or drinking water,” he said.
He said even after Telangana govt withdrew a case in SC, the Centre failed to finalise the state’s share in Krishna waters. He said that while Telangana achieved high per capita income and created jobs, BJPruled Karnataka was way behind in jobs creation due to “halal & hijab” controversies.
