Double Ka Meetha Recipe

Ingredients

    ½ cup Nestlé MILKMAID

    1½ cups Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk

    To fry Nestlé EveryDay Shahi Ghee

    4 SlicesBread

    2 tbsp Chopped Badam (Almonds)

    2 tbsp Chopped Kaju (Cashewnuts)

    2 tbsp Kishmish (Raisins)

    1 tsp Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder

    Few strands Kesar (Saffron)

How to make Double Ka Meetha

 Trim the edges of bread slices and cut diagonally into 4 pieces. Spread out to dry for 10 minutes. Heat ghee and deep fry the bread pieces until golden brown, remove, and spread in a shallow dish.

Mix MILKMAID and milk. Deep fry all dry fruits and spread them over the bread pieces. Pour the milk mixture on top, sprinkle cardamom powder and saffron. Microwave for 2 minutes until the milk is well absorbed. Serve hot or cold.
