KCR charges Modi-led BJP of failed coup bid in T, says masterminds should resign.

Hyderabad : Breaking his silence on the alleged cash-forMLA case that rocked Telangana four days ago, chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao on Sunday hit ground zero, Munugode, and charged BJP and Sangh with paradropping middlemen from Delhi to buy MLAs and topple his government.

Parading the four TRS legislators who were purportedly offered Rs 100 crore to defect to BJP, KCR praised them for refusing to be sold like cattle in a livestock market and upholding Telangana’s selfrespect and democracy.

In a vitriolic attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said, “This could nothave happened without the backing of the PM. Those who came to buy MLAs are now behind bars and those who masterminded the operation have no right to continue in office even for a minute. What more do you want ModiGaru? The PM’s chair is the biggest post in the country and you have got two terms. Why are you engineering coups in states?”

The BJP government does not have money to buy Telangana’s paddy, but can pumphundreds of crores of rupees to buy MLAs like cattle from an open market, he retorted.

“And the BJP-led Centre insults us by telling us to eat broken rice. I want to ask where this money is coming from. A comprehensive inquiry is needed to expose the entire conspiracy,” KCR said.
Stating BJP was toppling elected governments and wanted to usurp power in Telangana too in its unending greed for power, KCR said, “They want to hand over everything to private players. They wanted to buy self-respect of Telangana, but our MLAs rejected it and took Telangana ‘atma gouravam’ to Himalayan heights. ”
